About the role

  • Ensure that customers receive excellent customer service
  • Make outbound calls to our dealerships customers
  • Schedule showroom or telephone appointments to discuss financial options
  • Build rapport and understand customer needs
  • Follow up on leads, service reminders or marketing campaigns
  • Co-ordinate with dealership staff
  • Accurately record customer interactions and information
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communications

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and the ability to organise your own diary
  • Ability to influence and overcome objections
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Strong English verbal communication skills
  • Experience of supporting customers to a high level of performance and customer satisfaction
  • Great experience of IT skills
  • Experience of customer service or call centre roles is highly preferred.
