About the role
- Ensure that customers receive excellent customer service
- Make outbound calls to our dealerships customers
- Schedule showroom or telephone appointments to discuss financial options
- Build rapport and understand customer needs
- Follow up on leads, service reminders or marketing campaigns
- Co-ordinate with dealership staff
- Accurately record customer interactions and information
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communications
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication
- Attention to detail and the ability to organise your own diary
- Ability to influence and overcome objections
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong English verbal communication skills
- Experience of supporting customers to a high level of performance and customer satisfaction
- Great experience of IT skills
- Experience of customer service or call centre roles is highly preferred.
