About the role

  • Keyloop bridges the gap between dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers and car buyers by providing an open technology platform.
  • Account Manager owning and developing key client relationships across a defined portfolio of top UK automotive retail accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional “pod” teams (sales, professional services, customer success) and coordinate cohesive account strategies.
  • Drive client retention and revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans, identifying goals, risks, opportunities, and business outcomes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to ensure product, support, and service delivery align with client needs.
  • Track account health and performance, using data and insights to proactively address challenges and improve adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing client accounts, with a focus on customer success and business growth.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the SaaS or software sector.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management; automotive retail experience is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as solution selling or consultative selling.
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices and account retention strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships across complex environments.
  • Comfortable with commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and revenue accountability.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the UK.
