• Perform fast and accurate data entry (e.g., sales transactions, etc.)
• Responsible for timely and quality execution of tasks
• Closely follow process workflows
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and client

Accounting Manager

• Manage accounting operations for multiple client entities across various industries
• Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts and financial records
• Oversee and review work performed by Accountants and Bookkeepers
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards
• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Reports
• Provide clear and actionable financial insights to clients and internal teams
• Analyze financial results and identify variances or trends
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients
• Communicate financial results, resolve accounting inquiries, and follow up on missing documentation
• Support onboarding of new clients and review historical financial data
• Lead clean-up and reconciliation of historical financial records
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Support implementation of accounting systems and automation tools
• Support tax preparation and audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
