About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategically manage Meta and TikTok campaigns and scale them profitably
  • Independently optimize large ad budgets (ROAS, POAS & CAC)
  • Develop creative strategies and test them together with the creative team
  • Provide strategic consulting to clients and derive actionable recommendations
  • Own reporting and lead strategy calls independently
  • Develop processes, standards and best practices within the paid social team
  • Lead, develop and coordinate an interdisciplinary paid social team consisting of creative strategists, designers, video editors, copywriters and media buyers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid social
  • Proven success scaling e‑commerce accounts to high five‑figure and six‑figure monthly budgets
  • Strong understanding of margins, contribution margins, ROAS, POAS & CAC
  • Analytical mindset, quick pattern recognition, and deep understanding of digital marketing
  • Confident use of tracking tools (Triple Whale, Tracify, AdMetrics, or similar)
  • Initial leadership experience or a clear willingness to take on responsibility
