About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You analyze the business models, objectives, and growth levers of our e‑commerce clients holistically and derive clear strategic recommendations.
- You develop cross‑channel marketing strategies and prioritize initiatives based on revenue, profitability, and scalability.
- You assess the performance and interaction of all relevant marketing channels and provide well‑founded recommendations for budget allocation.
- You engage in regular strategic sparring with client decision‑makers and facilitate clear, effective decision‑making processes.
- You lead workshops and present strategies in a clear and persuasive manner.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in e‑commerce and performance marketing.
- Strategic understanding of cross‑channel marketing and budget allocation.
- Solid business management knowledge with a focus on profitability and scaling.
- Confident use of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and common attribution tools.
- Strong consulting and communication skills when interacting with decision‑makers.
- Self‑directed working style and the ability to set clear priorities and make strategic decisions.
