About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze clients' business models, objectives and growth levers, and derive clear strategic recommendations
- Develop cross-channel marketing strategies and prioritize initiatives based on revenue, profitability and scalability
- Assess the performance and interplay of all relevant marketing channels and provide well-founded recommendations for budget allocation
- Translate the overall strategy into clear guardrails for performance disciplines
- Conduct regular strategic sparring with client decision-makers and facilitate clear, effective decision-making processes
- Plan and lead client workshops and present strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of relevant experience in e-commerce and performance marketing
- Experience developing clearly prioritized marketing strategies and in cross-channel budget allocation
- Strong business acumen
- Strategic understanding of all relevant marketing channels
- Solid operational working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and native ads
- Knowledge of GA4 and attribution tools (e.g., Tracify, Admetrics, Adtribute, Hyros, GetKlar or similar)
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
