About the role
- Transform raw operational and CRM data into actionable intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Work across a variety of data sources to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and forecast outcomes
- Leverage tools (Excel, Salesforce, SQL, Python, R, Tableau) to manage, analyze, and visualize complex datasets
- Run recurring and ad hoc reports, optimize and automate reporting processes
- Prepare and deliver presentations and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure data quality, develop data definitions, and maintain a data dictionary
- Assist in developing and leading a data governance framework and committee
- Map data flows between systems and assist in managing data changes to maintain consistency in the data warehouse
- Build interactive dashboards, visualizations, and scalable tools to support enterprise initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally and partner with other analysts to support business initiatives
- Report to the Senior Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms
- Ability to run recurring and ad hoc reports and extract insights from data
- Experience preparing presentations for senior leadership
- Understanding of data sources, data quality, and data governance practices
- Ability to build dashboards, statistical models, and analytical frameworks
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional communication
- Willingness to participate in customer site visits
- Ideally based in Massachusetts and able to be in-office at least 3 days per week
