About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support financial operations for SOX compliance and audit coordination
- Partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal, IT and other teams
- Develop, maintain, and update control documentation
- Ensure timely completion of SOX controls
- Assume leadership in month-end close responsibilities and ad hoc projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 to 8 years experience in a Big 4 accounting firm and/or public company
- Significant knowledge, experience and expertise in SOX, internal controls, US GAAP, and SEC reporting
- Experience with controls over accounting for complex revenue transactions and inventory strongly preferred.
