Key responsibilities & impact

Hiring trainee, graduate and experienced salespeople into our T&M business
Direct sourcing high-potential and proven sales talent (active + passive)
Targeting candidates from high-pressure, performance-driven environments
Running structured, competency-based interviews
Using our 3-stage IR (Interview & Review) process to assess candidates
Improving that process using data, insight and AI tools
Building pipelines of high-quality candidates, not large volumes
Working with hiring managers to maintain high hiring standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience hiring salespeople, recruiters or commercial talent
Strong ability to identify resilience and long-term potential
Experience in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates
Comfortable rejecting candidates who don’t meet the standard
Experience using structured or competency-based interview processes
Interest in improving hiring decisions using data and technology
