About the role
- - Maintain security systems and equipment at client sites.

Requirements
- - Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the security industry.
- - Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
- - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- - Superb communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- - Technical certification in electronics, security systems, or a related field is preferred.
- - Flexibility to work varied hours and on-call as required for service requests.
