About the role
- Build a qualified pipeline through consistent cold calling
- Multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Structured ICP and account strategy
- The primary goal is to initiate conversations — not just send emails
- 30–50 structured cold calls per day (quality > quantity)
- Build and maintain ICP account lists
- Buying-center mapping
- Schedule qualified initial meetings
- Close coordination with Account Executives (briefing & feedback)
- Documentation in the CRM
- Continuous optimization of messaging & call scripts
Requirements
- Proven cold-calling experience in a B2B environment
- Excellent phone-based conversational skills
- Affinity for AI
- Clear, precise communication
- High frustration tolerance / resilience
- KPI-oriented
- Structured way of working
- Business-fluent in German and English
