About the role
- Build a qualified pipeline through consistent cold calling
- Multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Structured ICP account strategy
- Primary focus on initiating conversations
- 30–50 structured cold calls per day
- Create and maintain ICP account lists
- Buying center mapping
- Schedule qualified initial meetings
- Close coordination with AEs (briefing & feedback)
- Documentation in the CRM
- Continuous optimization of messaging and call scripts
Requirements
- Proven cold-calling experience in a B2B environment
- Strong phone communication skills
- Interest in and comfort using AI tools
- Clear, precise communication
- High tolerance for rejection / strong resilience
- KPI-oriented
- Organized, structured way of working
- Business-fluent German and English
- B2B SaaS experience (nice-to-have)
- Experience with complex buying centers (nice-to-have)
- Basic technical understanding (nice-to-have)
