About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop native iOS applications written in Swift
Use Storyboard, Alamofire, ReactiveSwift and Firebase
Create and maintain unit tests
Collaborate with other teams in building RESTful APIs in Java
Work closely with product and design teams, assisting with feature specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (in progress or completed)
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
Knowledge of the Java programming language, or equivalent
Knowledge of the Swift programming language
Familiarity with best practices for development and testing of iOS applications
Understanding of design and architectural patterns (MVVM)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Nice to have: experience with Firebase tools
Nice to have: experience developing and consuming APIs
Nice to have: experience with TDD and/or BDD techniques
Nice to have: experience sharing knowledge with teammates
Nice to have: experience conducting code reviews
Nice to have: knowledge of and involvement in implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery processes
Nice to have: knowledge of the challenges in the payments industry
