About the role

  • Creation of visual assets for media using Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns, including budget definition, approach, creative development and campaign setup with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Monitoring, performance analysis and optimization of campaign results
  • Planning and creation of social media content, including posts, captions and Stories
  • Organization, management and scheduling of the posting calendar according to the plan
  • Development of scripts and content briefs, including Reels and Stories for brands
  • Production of institutional and marketing copy for related activities
  • Creation of institutional and promotional designs for partners and representatives
  • Occasional creation of printed graphic materials and visuals for events, giveaways, visual communication and other institutional needs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or related fields
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media and online campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (such as mLabs, Reportei and/or similar platforms)
  • Proficiency in creative software such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, content calendars and multiple projects
  • Creative, strategic, communicative and collaborative profile
  • Analytical ability to interpret campaign metrics and results
