About the role

Comprehensive advisory services for our clients around Microsoft 365
Planning, implementation and optimization of M365 solutions
Support for migration and rollout projects
Creation of governance, permissions/authorization and operations concepts
Technical design, documentation and effort estimation (including for tender documents)
Conducting workshops and training sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience, degree or vocational training in IT
Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly collaboration (Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, OneDrive and Exchange Online)
Experience in M365 migration or rollout projects
Knowledge of Intune / endpoint management
Administration and IT support experience
Structured and independent way of working
Good communication skills and quick comprehension
German, spoken and written (C2) / English at least B2
Ideally Microsoft certifications such as: MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, M365 Security & Compliance (e.g., Entra, Conditional Access, Purview)
