About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support for the implementation, enhancement and optimization of Atlassian solutions such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence, as well as related plugins
Analyze requirements and advise on best practices
Develop tailored solutions for modern collaboration and ITSM processes
Support projects from conception and implementation through workshops, training and ongoing support
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for customer inquiries
Work closely with development teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience, degree or vocational training in IT
Strong knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence and plugins)
Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL
Consulting aptitude and support experience
Structured and independent working style
Good communication skills and quick comprehension
Fluent German (C2) and at least B2-level English
Ideally: an Atlassian certification
