About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support for the implementation, enhancement and optimization of Atlassian solutions such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence, as well as related plugins
  • Analyze requirements and advise on best practices
  • Develop tailored solutions for modern collaboration and ITSM processes
  • Support projects from conception and implementation through workshops, training and ongoing support
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for customer inquiries
  • Work closely with development teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional experience, degree or vocational training in IT
  • Strong knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence and plugins)
  • Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL
  • Consulting aptitude and support experience
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Good communication skills and quick comprehension
  • Fluent German (C2) and at least B2-level English
  • Ideally: an Atlassian certification
