About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the introduction, further development and optimization of Atlassian solutions
- Analyze requirements and advise on best practices
- Develop tailored solutions for modern collaboration and ITSM processes
- Support projects from conception and implementation through to workshops and training
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries
- Work closely with development teams
- Conduct workshops and training for end users and administrators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience, a degree, or training in IT
- Strong knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and plugins)
- Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL
- Consulting aptitude and support experience
- Structured and independent working style
- Good communication skills and quick comprehension
- Fluent German (C2) and English skills (at least B2)
- Ideally, Atlassian certification
