About the role
- Strategic management, expansion and development of existing customer relationships in the Modern Workplace area
- Analysis of business and technical customer requirements and development of appropriate solution concepts
- Planning and implementation of account strategies with clear goals and value orientation
- Responsibility for the entire sales cycle — from identifying needs through workshops and proposal phases to closing
- Identification of cross- and upsell opportunities across other solution areas
- Close collaboration with our colleagues in IT Consulting and Service Delivery Management
- Ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer journey
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience positioning Modern Workplace solutions
- Experience in consultative sales of complex IT, cloud, or digital workplace solutions, ideally complemented by business development experience, and the ability to communicate these clearly and appropriately for the target audience
- Ability to understand and structure technical requirements and, together with specialists, translate them into tailored customer solutions
- Confident presence with strong communication and negotiation skills at the decision-maker level
- Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- High customer and service orientation and a strong commitment to quality
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
