About the role
- Strategic management, expansion and further development of existing customer relationships in the Modern Workplace area
- Analysis of business and technical customer requirements and development of appropriate solution concepts
- Planning and implementation of account strategies with clear goals and value orientation
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle – from need identification through workshops and proposal phases to closing
- Identification of cross- and upselling potential across other solution areas
- Close collaboration with our colleagues from IT Consulting and Service Delivery Management
- Ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer journey
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience positioning Modern Workplace solutions
- Experience in consultative sales of complex IT, cloud, or digital workplace solutions, ideally complemented by business development experience
- Ability to understand and structure technical requirements and translate them into tailored customer solutions together with experts
- Confident presence and strong communication and negotiation skills at executive decision-maker level
- Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- High customer and service orientation and a strong commitment to quality
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
