About the role
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans ensuring timely execution
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Oversee project quality, budget, and deadlines, ensuring compliance with requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering effective collaboration
- Track project scope, milestones, and deliverables while proactively managing risks
- Maintain strong cooperation with contractors and key stakeholders
- Provide regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting cooperation with vendor
- Team and subcontractors coordination
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken, Czech and English)
- Strong self-organized skills and ability to manage few projects independently
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
- Solid understanding of business requirements and IT environments
- Technical background or engineering education is a plus
- VMware technology is a plus
- Polish is a plus
