About the role

  • Responsibility for selling complex Data & AI solutions
  • Confidently and strategically advise clients on positioning sustainable solutions
  • Close collaboration with our consulting and service delivery teams
  • Ensure IT solutions are technically sound, realistically planned, and successfully delivered
  • Strategically manage, expand, and further develop existing customer relationships in the Data & AI area
  • Analyze functional and technical customer requirements and develop appropriate solution concepts
  • Plan and implement account strategies with a clear focus on objectives and added value
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across other solution areas
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer journey

Requirements

  • Strong technical understanding of Data Lakehouse platforms, Data Engineering, AI, and Machine Learning
  • Experience in consultative sales of complex, customized Data & AI solutions and services, ideally complemented by business development experience
  • Ability to understand and structure technical requirements and, together with experts, translate them into tailored customer solutions
  • Confident presence and strong communication and negotiation skills at the decision‑maker level
  • Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong customer and service orientation and a high standard for quality
  • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
