About the role
- Responsibility for selling complex Data & AI solutions
- Confidently and strategically advise clients on positioning sustainable solutions
- Close collaboration with our consulting and service delivery teams
- Ensure IT solutions are technically sound, realistically planned, and successfully delivered
- Strategically manage, expand, and further develop existing customer relationships in the Data & AI area
- Analyze functional and technical customer requirements and develop appropriate solution concepts
- Plan and implement account strategies with a clear focus on objectives and added value
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across other solution areas
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer journey
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of Data Lakehouse platforms, Data Engineering, AI, and Machine Learning
- Experience in consultative sales of complex, customized Data & AI solutions and services, ideally complemented by business development experience
- Ability to understand and structure technical requirements and, together with experts, translate them into tailored customer solutions
- Confident presence and strong communication and negotiation skills at the decision‑maker level
- Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong customer and service orientation and a high standard for quality
- Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
