About the role
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans ensuring timely execution
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies , ensuring alignment with business goals
- Oversee project quality, budget, and deadlines , ensuring compliance with requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering effective collaboration
- Track project scope, milestones, and deliverables while proactively managing risks
- Maintain strong cooperation with contractors and key stakeholders
- Provide regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project management (especially in IT infrastructure and VMware) (Mid/Senior level)
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken, Polish, German and English)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects independently
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
- Solid understanding of business requirements and IT environments
- Technical background or engineering education is a plus
- Passion for new technologies and digital transformation
