Requirements

Proven experience in IT project management (especially in IT infrastructure and VMware) (Mid/Senior level)
Excellent communication skills (written & spoken, Polish, German and English)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects independently
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Proficiency in modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
Solid understanding of business requirements and IT environments
Technical background or engineering education is a plus
Passion for new technologies and digital transformation
