About the role
- Lead the German Enterprise Sales organization
- Lead and develop the Enterprise Sales team (10 Key Account Managers)
- Develop the national sales strategy in coordination with the CSO
- Take responsibility for the overall revenue and margin results of the Enterprise Sales organization
- Analyze market trends, business potential, and customer needs
- Define an effective go-to-market strategy for the German market
- Ensure high sales performance and establish a "winning culture"
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers and partners
- Plan and manage the order intake budget and forecasts
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in B2B sales with a focus on IT/cloud solutions
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results orientation
- Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 50%)
