About the role

  • Lead the German Enterprise Sales organization
  • Lead and develop the Enterprise Sales team (10 Key Account Managers)
  • Develop the national sales strategy in coordination with the CSO
  • Take responsibility for the overall revenue and margin results of the Enterprise Sales organization
  • Analyze market trends, business potential, and customer needs
  • Define an effective go-to-market strategy for the German market
  • Ensure high sales performance and establish a "winning culture"
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers and partners
  • Plan and manage the order intake budget and forecasts

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of leadership experience in B2B sales with a focus on IT/cloud solutions
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results orientation
  • Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 50%)
