About the role
- Debug and resolve issues in Hybris storefront and order management processes.
- Provide L3 support by implementing code fixes and supporting enhancements under guidance from senior engineers.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and deployment support activities.
- Collaborate with QA, frontend developers, and other technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Update technical documentation and ensure compliance with ITIL-aligned processes.
- Follow coding standards and contribute to maintaining application stability and performance.
- Support on-call rotations and work in a 24×5/7 support environment when required.
Requirements
- 4+ Years of experience in SAP Hybris development
- Strong experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development
- Solid knowledge of Java / J2EE and Hybris platform fundamentals
- Experience working with Hybris OCC APIs
- Familiarity with Hybris storefront architecture and order management flows
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git
- Experience using build tools such as Maven
- Understanding of production support processes and issue resolution
