About the role

  • Debug and resolve issues in Hybris storefront and order management processes.
  • Provide L3 support by implementing code fixes and supporting enhancements under guidance from senior engineers.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
  • Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and deployment support activities.
  • Collaborate with QA, frontend developers, and other technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Update technical documentation and ensure compliance with ITIL-aligned processes.
  • Follow coding standards and contribute to maintaining application stability and performance.
  • Support on-call rotations and work in a 24×5/7 support environment when required.

Requirements

  • 4+ Years of experience in SAP Hybris development
  • Strong experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development
  • Solid knowledge of Java / J2EE and Hybris platform fundamentals
  • Experience working with Hybris OCC APIs
  • Familiarity with Hybris storefront architecture and order management flows
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Experience using build tools such as Maven
  • Understanding of production support processes and issue resolution
