About the role
- Lead and own end-to-end development of AI-driven products using Ruby and React, collaborating closely with product and design teams.
- Rapidly prototype, build, and iterate on features with extremely fast turnarounds (days, not weeks).
- Develop intelligent workflows and integrations leveraging LangChain, LLM frameworks, vector DBs, and embeddings.
- Implement clean, efficient architectures without unnecessary API layers—favoring direct, smart integration.
- Deliver high-impact, user-facing features that will be used by thousands globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Services
- 4+ years of experience in Fullstack development
- Product-driven mindset: Ability to make quick tactical decisions with a strong focus on product outcomes, not just code quality.
- Hands-on LangChain experience: Proven experience building real features or products using LangChain and strong familiarity with the LLM ecosystem.
- AI chatbot expertise: Experience working on AI chatbots, agents, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- AI product launch experience: Successfully launched at least one AI-powered product, ideally LLM-based.
- Fullstack proficiency: Strong skills across both backend and frontend— Ruby/Ruby on Rails (or willingness to quickly adapt) and React.
- Zero-API mindset: Comfortable working across the stack with minimal abstractions and without reliance on heavy API layers.
- Ownership mentality: Self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and takes accountability for end-to-end delivery.
