About the role
- Act as a functional subject matter expert for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design, build, and support Workday integrations , including Studio, PECI, EIB , and Core Connectors.
- Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of functional and integration issues.
- Manage configuration changes, enhancements, change requests, and production support activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and smooth end-to-end integration flows.
- Work closely with global teams and stakeholders operating in PST time zones.
Requirements
- 8–11 years of overall experience
- 4–6+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations (Studio, PECI, EIB; Core Connectors preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to work PST shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST).
