About the role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders including Operations, HR, and Payroll to gather, analyze, and translate WFM requirements into scalable Kronos solutions.
- Lead functional design, configuration, and testing of: Timekeeping, Pay rules, Accrual profiles, Schedules, Employment terms
- Provide production support , troubleshoot Kronos system issues, and coordinate with UKG or third-party vendors as required.
- Plan and execute system testing , including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with minimal business disruption.
- Maintain detailed documentation including functional requirements, configuration change logs, and test cases in line with governance standards.
- Monitor Kronos system performance and recommend enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization efforts.
Requirements
- 9–11 years of overall experience, with 8+ years as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with Kronos/UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling
- In-depth knowledge of workforce compliance workflows and payroll impacts
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Kronos functional solutions
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
