About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders including Operations, HR, and Payroll to gather, analyze, and translate WFM requirements into scalable Kronos solutions.
  • Lead functional design, configuration, and testing of: Timekeeping, Pay rules, Accrual profiles, Schedules, Employment terms
  • Provide production support , troubleshoot Kronos system issues, and coordinate with UKG or third-party vendors as required.
  • Plan and execute system testing , including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with minimal business disruption.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including functional requirements, configuration change logs, and test cases in line with governance standards.
  • Monitor Kronos system performance and recommend enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization efforts.

Requirements

  • 9–11 years of overall experience, with 8+ years as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kronos/UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling
  • In-depth knowledge of workforce compliance workflows and payroll impacts
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Kronos functional solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
