About the role

  • We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer – Design Systems to join our team in Gurgaon.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers to deliver high-quality, consistent design assets , ensuring usability, visual excellence, accessibility, and performance.
  • Partner with product design, research, and engineering teams to apply, evolve, and maintain the Design System across digital platforms.
  • Define and refine design workflows between the design system team and the wider product design community.
  • Recommend methodologies, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency within the design system.
  • Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and usage standards for designers and engineers.
  • Facilitate collaboration across design, engineering, product management, and brand teams to align on goals, priorities, and timelines.
  • Oversee design quality assurance (QA) by conducting regular design reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Establish and enforce design system governance , including version control, naming conventions, and component documentation.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain design tools and systems that improve team productivity and collaboration.
  • Continuously assess and optimize design processes and workflows .
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment on design goals.
  • Drive design system adoption through training sessions, workshops, presentations, and evangelism initiatives.
  • Communicate design system updates and enhancements through documentation and stakeholder presentations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in UX Design , with a strong UI Design specialization .
  • Proven experience leading the design of design systems and visual languages , supported by a strong portfolio or case studies.
  • Demonstrated success implementing design processes and workflows that enable design system adoption and contribution.
  • Strong design leadership and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for stakeholder communication.
  • Strong practice of user-centred design methodologies , including user research, usability testing, and feedback-driven design.
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between design, engineering, and product teams.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Miro, Storybook, GitHub/GitLab.
