Analyst

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the healthcare segment
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to provide actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements
• Create and maintain product documentation, including business cases, product descriptions and training materials
• Work closely with Product and Client Success teams to operationalize SaaS platform use cases and accelerate the product roadmap
• Assist in the development and launch of new SaaS-based healthcare products, including gathering requirements and supporting cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to gather insights and validate product concepts
• Assist in ensuring all products comply with industry regulations and standards
