About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the day-to-day client facing needs of Evio’s medical rebate administration operations activities.
- Ensure rebate programs run smoothly from end to end, while keeping client needs front and center.
- Ensure accurate rebate eligibility, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting while maintaining compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve issues and improve processes to drive accuracy, transparency, and financial outcomes.
- Report to Evio's Pharmaceutical Contracts Operations Lead.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with direct experience in:
- Rebates (medical or pharmacy benefit)
- Client account management and/or client success support role
- Strong understanding of rebate processes, contract language, and financial reconciliation
- Advanced Excel/data analysis skills; experience with large datasets
- Ability to manage complex workflows, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
