Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the day-to-day client facing needs of Evio’s medical rebate administration operations activities.
Ensure rebate programs run smoothly from end to end, while keeping client needs front and center.
Ensure accurate rebate eligibility, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting while maintaining compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
Resolve issues and improve processes to drive accuracy, transparency, and financial outcomes.
Report to Evio's Pharmaceutical Contracts Operations Lead.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with direct experience in:
Rebates (medical or pharmacy benefit)
Client account management and/or client success support role
Strong understanding of rebate processes, contract language, and financial reconciliation
Advanced Excel/data analysis skills; experience with large datasets
Ability to manage complex workflows, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
