About the role
- Production and coordination across all sites and departments in the production area of the Schlockerhof workshop
- Personnel and financial responsibility
- Operational leadership of the production teams with attention to both production and pedagogical tasks
- Responsibility for order acquisition, sales and transport services
- Oversight of very diverse production areas such as bakery, horticulture, packaging, assembly, bicycle workshop, food processing and production in cooperation with the specialists in each department
- Development and implementation of concepts for new production areas and new contracts in collaboration with the workshop network management
- Participation in projects in the production and IT areas
- Support for quality management processes
- Key figures and reporting
- Tasks related to the maintenance and management of workshop facilities
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, engineering, social pedagogy or a completed degree in a commercial or technical field with relevant professional experience
- Experience in production or sales, ideally complemented by pedagogical knowledge/experience or an interest in pedagogical issues
- Empathy for the concerns and life situations of people with disabilities
- Flexibility, commitment and the ability to work in a team
- Class B driving license
- Enhanced criminal record check (police clearance)
