About the role
- Support for students with behavioral challenges, often with mental health issues, in school, within the family environment, and among peers
- Advising teachers at mainstream schools on fulfilling their role as educators and agents of socialization
- Supporting mainstream schools in creating a learning- and development-friendly environment to implement individualized support measures
- Providing assistance to parents/families in implementing parenting agreements and in establishing and strengthening a sustainable parent–child relationship
Requirements
- Degree in special education or a master's degree in educational sciences
- Desirable: additional qualification in systemic counseling
- Experience working with students facing significant social or emotional challenges
- Counseling skills
- Teamwork and conflict-resolution skills
- Emotionally stable and resilient personality
- Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to cooperate with partner organizations
- Willingness to contribute to conceptual/strategic development
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Driver's license (class B)
