Inside Sales Specialist – Service Contract Sales, EMEA
Evident ScientificInside Sales Specialist driving service contract sales and customer engagement across EMEA region. Collaborating with sales, service, and regional teams to expand service revenue.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the renewal of existing service contracts to maintain high retention rates
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service offerings
- Proactively follow up on expiring contracts and generate new business
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contract documentation
- Act as the primary inside sales contact for customers across EMEA
- Conduct outbound sales calls, email campaigns, and virtual meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Track opportunities, activities, and revenue forecasts
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to sales processes and KPIs
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Service Engineers, and Customer Support teams
- Work with regional stakeholders to align on strategy and opportunities
- Support tender processes and large contract negotiations when required
- Ensure contract accuracy, pricing compliance, and documentation standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings, pricing, and policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years in inside sales, service sales, or account management
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within service contracts or technical environments
- Experience in a multi-country or EMEA-focused role is an advantage
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and MS Office
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Fluency in English
- French or Spanish would be an advantage.
