About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve and exceed sales targets and profit margins in the assigned territory
- Evaluate and report market trends and competitor moves
- Ensure customer retention and expand acquisition of new customers
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Create synergies with various product lines
- Prospect customers through calls and visits
- Offer solutions through equipment, accessories, and services
- Handle sales demonstrations and administrative sales processes
- Manage customer portfolio to achieve coverage of territory
- Generate documentation on market conditions
- Participate in team feedback processes
- Prepare sales reports and manage expenses according to company policies
- Responsible for operational and logistical functions of the regional office
Requirements
What you’ll need- Industrial, mechanical or electronic engineer
- Preferably with knowledge in the industry of XRF and XRD (Fluorescence and X-ray diffraction)
- Preferably with knowledge in the industry of NDT [Non Destructive Test]
- Preferably with knowledge in the industry of RVI [Remote Visual Inspection]
- Preferably with knowledge in the industry of Microscopy [Clinical & Research]
- Sales experience of at least 2 years
- Experience in project management
- Experience in negotiations at all levels
- English 70%.
