About the role

  • Management of all accounts and prospects within the Northeast territory
  • Meet or exceed established booking, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Maintain all client and prospect information and activity within the company’s CRM system, currently Salesforce
  • Represent the company at business and scientific meetings and conferences
  • Develop specific strategic and tactical plans to meet or exceed targets

Requirements

  • 7+ years in quota carrying role calling on clinical or pathology laboratories in the Northeast
  • Demonstrated history of successfully meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong understanding of US health system and commercial laboratory purchasing processes
  • Executive level presentation, written and conversational communication skills
  • Skilled at researching new target clients, prospecting, and managing complete sales cycle
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Ability to apply creative strategies and tactics to closing deals
  • Ability to contribute to and manage the proposal and contracting process
