• Interact with clients to explain reports, troubleshoot issues, and address requests
• Research and analyze policies, procedures, and legislation related to child welfare and juvenile justice in order to create tailored reports for clients
• Determine requirements, develop methodologies, and ensure quality for SafeMeasures reporting
• Write and troubleshoot basic XML configuration files
