Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years' experience as a builder in international development
Strong preference for direct experience in agriculture, weather forecasting, or rural last-mile delivery
Demonstrated success leading agriculture programs from idea to scaled delivery
Experience managing multi-stakeholder coalitions with governments and research institutions
High EQ and influence across diverse partners
Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel extensively internationally (~20-40%)
