About the role

  • You will ensure the protection of people and property and maintain site security in compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
  • Fire safety: risk prevention, alarm verification, intervention on fire starts, evacuation, and contacting emergency services.
  • You are responsible for the proper functioning of equipment (CCTV, radios, access control systems, fire safety system (SSI), emergency equipment, etc.).
  • First aid: prevention, staff awareness, and providing first-response care.
  • You will prepare incident reports and keep all registers up to date: daily log, video logs, key register, and logbook.
  • You manage access control (badges and keys).
  • You check safety equipment: sprinklers, standby generators, fire hose reels (RIA), emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, etc., according to a defined schedule.
  • You carry out rounds and random patrols and maintain regular contact with the various points of sale through daily presence.
  • You ensure the locking and arming of buildings and parking areas.
  • You enforce security and safety instructions and procedures (Vigipirate measures, suspicious packages, etc.).
  • You ensure the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the security control room.

Requirements

  • Mandatory certifications: SSIAP and TFP APS
  • Hold a professional security ID card and be certified as an Occupational First Aider (SST)
  • Hold a valid driver’s license (Category B)
  • Clean criminal record
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Strong powers of observation and a service-oriented attitude
  • Be thorough and able to act with diplomacy during interventions
  • English language skills are an asset for serving an international clientele.
