About the role
- Ensure the protection of people and property
- Fire safety: risk prevention, verification of alarms, response to fire starts, evacuation, calling emergency services
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment (CCTV, radios, access control systems, SSI (fire safety system), emergency equipment…)
- Prevention and awareness-raising among staff; perform first-aid interventions
- Prepare incident reports and maintain all logs and registers: incident log, video log, keys register, duty log
- Manage access control (badges and keys)
- Inspect safety equipment: sprinklers, backup generator, RIA (fire hose reel), emergency lighting, fire extinguishers… according to a defined schedule
- Conduct rounds and random surveillance patrols
- Maintain daily contact with the various points of sale through regular presence
- Check closure and arming of alarms for buildings and parking areas
- Ensure compliance with safety and security instructions (Vigipirate plan, suspicious packages…)
- Maintain cleanliness and good order of the security control room
Requirements
- Mandatory certifications: SSIAP / TFP APS
- Hold a professional security ID card and be certified SST (Occupational First Aid Responder)
- Hold a valid driving licence (category B)
- Clean criminal record
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Strong powers of observation and a service-oriented mindset
- Be rigorous and demonstrate diplomacy during interventions
- English language skills are an asset for serving an international clientele
