About the role

  • Supervise and ensure the quality of the breakfast service (buffet & dining room)
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Create schedules and optimize staffing according to demand
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of your team
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and set objectives in agreement with management
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and the service’s online reputation
  • Advise and guide guests in their culinary choices
  • Oversee dining room setup and cleanliness
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and the dining room
  • Ensure guests’ satisfaction throughout their meal
  • Stay informed about products and trends related to the point of sale
  • Know regular guests and their preferences
  • Propose improvements to optimize the offering and reduce costs

Requirements

  • Required diplomas or training in Hospitality/Catering (CAP/BEP/BAC/BTS) or proven experience in high-end catering or luxury hotel environments
  • Natural leadership and attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
  • Good knowledge of English is a plus
  • Ability to make decisions, unite and motivate a team
  • Enjoy working in a team and possess managerial abilities
