About the role
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Nurture client relationships, understand client needs, and align services to exceed expectations
- Manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide top-tier technical support and solutions tailored to the Egyptian market
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or a related client-facing role
- Solid understanding of technical project delivery and experience working with software development teams
- Familiarity with the technology landscape and business practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack and standard CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
- Bonus: Previous experience in the tech sector or consultancy would be advantageous and great English
