About the role

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Nurture client relationships, understand client needs, and align services to exceed expectations
  • Manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide top-tier technical support and solutions tailored to the Egyptian market

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or a related client-facing role
  • Solid understanding of technical project delivery and experience working with software development teams
  • Familiarity with the technology landscape and business practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack and standard CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
  • Bonus: Previous experience in the tech sector or consultancy would be advantageous and great English
