About the role
- Design and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams across multiple regions or verticals.
- Oversee revenue operations, ensuring pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategy, drive lead quality, and enhance customer retention.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, enterprise accounts, and strategic partners.
- Analyze and communicate sales performance metrics to the executive team, turning insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior or executive-level role.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong background in go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
