About the role

  • Act as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, designing end-to-end solutions for complex environments.
  • Define architecture and integrations involving Salesforce Core and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
  • Lead the functional and technical design of solutions including EPC, CPQ Industries, CLM and Order Management (OM).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures that adhere to Salesforce best practices.
  • Support development teams throughout the full lifecycle (refinement, estimation, build, testing and deployment).
  • Ensure alignment between technical and business areas, serving as the technical reference for the project.
  • Assess technical impacts, risks and dependencies between modules and integrated systems.
  • Support roadmap decisions, architectural evolution and technical governance.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or equivalent role.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
  • Proven experience with: EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog); CPQ Industries; CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management); Order Management (OM); Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, Platform).
  • Experience in highly complex projects and with large volumes of data/processes.
  • Ability to design integrated solutions oriented to business processes.
  • Experience working in corporate environments with multiple teams and stakeholders.
