About the role

  • Act as the Salesforce functional lead on projects and enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and detail functional requirements with requesting areas, translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and parameterize Salesforce (Flows, Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Permission Sets, etc.).
  • Assist in defining the project's technical solution (participate in discovery meetings and backlog refinement).
  • Apply market best practices and promote an agile culture.
  • Contribute to story refinement (seek clarity through questions so stories are clear to everyone).
  • Ensure quality for assigned stories by performing pre-testing before handing them off to the next stage.
  • Ensure functional best practices, requirements governance, and documentation.
  • Understand business processes and produce a high-level view that clearly identifies the main actors (people or systems) of the solution.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration (objects, fields, layouts, permission sets, etc.)
  • Creation and maintenance of Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Reports/Dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, relationships, and business processes.
  • Experience creating and analyzing reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Experience with integrations via APIs (REST/SOAP) and data connectors.
  • Ability to map complex processes and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Technical English for reading, writing, and participating in international documentation and meetings.
