About the role
- Manage and prioritize the backlog.
- Oversee project boards and workflow.
- Prepare reports, status updates and planning materials.
- Remove impediments for the development team.
- Ensure the product aligns with company strategy.
- Contribute to long-term vision and the roadmap.
- Measure product success and propose improvements.
- Create, communicate and maintain a clear and accessible backlog.
- Approve features and define MVPs.
- Facilitate team communication and planning.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, preferably in technology teams and focused on Salesforce projects.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to support the team in organizing and understanding requests.
- Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospective) and ensure continuous workflow.
- Skill in removing impediments and supporting the team in resolving technical or organizational blockers.
- Ensure the backlog is clear, visible and well organized.
- Promote adoption and continuous improvement of agile practices within the team.
- Ability to plan and implement Scrum.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactivity, autonomy and a collaborative attitude.
