About the role
- Review functional/operational requirements and specifications in Salesforce.
- Translate functional requirements into test cases, identify defects, and drive them to resolution.
- Identify, log, and document bugs.
- Communicate and report bugs and potential application issues effectively.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Perform administrative adjustments in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and resilience.
- Attention to detail and focus to identify and report bugs.
- Good written communication skills to interpret project documentation and create test case documentation.
- Experience in creating and documenting test cases.
- Basic familiarity with Salesforce (objects, fields, permissions, flows).
