About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Validate deployments and monitor release activities across different environments
  • Assist with CI/CD-related tasks and basic troubleshooting of deployment issues
  • Perform game and integration verification after releases
  • Analyze application logs and collect technical information for troubleshooting
  • Work with REST APIs, Postman, JSON payloads, and configuration files
  • Verify launch URLs, domains, and environment-specific configurations
  • Assist QA teams and operators with technical investigations and issue resolution
  • Collect and analyze HAR logs and browser network traces
  • Perform basic database checks using SQL queries
  • Escalate complex issues to developers or the TechOps Team Lead engineers when required
  • Participate in continuous improvement of operational processes and monitoring practices
