About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operational implementation of new products following product approval
- Forecasting and demand planning for core products and launches
- Preparation of reorders in coordination with the Co‑Founder & Brand
- Ensuring product availability
- Managing inventory, stock coverage, and tied-up capital
- Operational launch readiness
- Supplier management and coordination of existing manufacturers and suppliers
- Ensuring delivery capability, quality, and timelines
- Managing lead times, minimum order quantities, and production planning
- Escalation management for delays or quality issues
- Building and evolving the central Product Operations system
- Maintaining and enhancing ERP, dashboard, and KPI systems
- Identifying and implementing automation opportunities
- Developing and automating workflows — with a strong focus on AI-supported processes
- Reporting and transparency on inventory, forecasts, product availability, and risks
- Monthly Product Operations reporting
- Establishing a reliable data foundation for operational decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in operations, product operations, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills — you thrive in unstructured environments
- Strong process understanding and a hands-on mentality
- High personal responsibility and ownership mindset
- Affinity for AI tools and automation — you actively use them in your day-to-day work
- Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (nice to have)
- Amazon or e-commerce experience (nice to have)
- Notion expertise (nice to have)
- Forecasting and data analysis (nice to have)
