Senior Paid Media Manager – Google, Amazon
everydays GmbHSenior Paid Media Manager for everydays, responsible for Google Ads and Amazon PPC strategies. Leading in-house paid media management with a focus on performance and conversion optimization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You take full operational responsibility for our three paid channels: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), and ideally Native Ads (Taboola/Outbrain)
- You independently manage campaign structure, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and continuous A/B testing across all channels
- You work closely with our Head of Growth — they set the strategic direction, and you implement it with hands-on expertise
- You actively work with our attribution and BI tools (e.g., getklar, adtribute, Triple Whale) and use the data to make concrete optimization decisions
- You keep tracking clean: cross-domain tracking, server-side tracking, conversion modeling — you spot issues before anyone else does
- You collaborate with the creative team and provide platform-specific feedback: what works on Search, what performs on Amazon product detail pages (PDPs), and what works as a native advertorial
- You actively use AI tools — especially Claude — for analysis, research, reporting, and process acceleration
- You monitor competitors and platform updates across all three channels and implement relevant insights directly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of demonstrable senior experience in Google Ads and Amazon PPC — ideally from a D2C environment with direct ROAS and revenue impact
- Deep understanding of direct response marketing: you know what separates a profitable funnel from an expensive awareness campaign
- Solid know-how in tracking and measurement: GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, cross-domain — you understand what happens under the hood
- Experience with attribution tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, etc.) — you can read data and act on it
- Amazon expertise beyond keyword bidding: you understand listing optimization, BSR dynamics, and the logic of the Amazon algorithm
- Ideally experience with native ads (Taboola/Outbrain) or a clear willingness to help build out this channel
- You work in a structured, autonomous, and fast-paced manner — without needing micromanagement
- Claude/AI competency: you use AI not as a toy, but as a real lever for efficiency
Benefits
Comp & perks- Full channel ownership for Google, Amazon, and Native — with real budgets and real impact
- A strong performance team with an experienced Head of Growth by your side
- The freedom of a freelancer combined with the planning security of an employee
- A salary that reflects your seniority
- Professional technical setup (of course)
- Real ownership — you're an entrepreneur within the company, not just an executor
- Two major offline team events per year, in Germany and abroad
