About the role

  • HR processes with heart and structure
  • Drafting employment contracts and managing relevant documentation.
  • Organizing and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes — ensuring every start and departure is handled with appreciation and runs smoothly.
  • Acting as the friendly, reliable point of contact for all organizational HR matters within the team.
  • Ensuring our HR processes are clear, efficient, and legally compliant.
  • Implementing and maintaining a system to measure employee satisfaction (e.g., Employee NPS) — target: > 8/10.
  • Defining small but impactful initiatives that make working with us even better.
  • Further developing our appreciative, open remote culture.
  • Planning and executing at least two thoughtfully organized in-person team events per year.
  • Creating small “moments of delight” that help connect the team.
  • Maintaining and developing our careers page and our LinkedIn profile.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR — ideally in a remote or digital environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for creating structure.
  • Clear, warm, and professional communication.
  • A good sense for people, culture, and team dynamics.
  • You work independently — you like to take initiative and drive improvements.
