About the role
- HR processes with heart and structure
- Drafting employment contracts and managing relevant documentation.
- Organizing and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes — ensuring every start and departure is handled with appreciation and runs smoothly.
- Acting as the friendly, reliable point of contact for all organizational HR matters within the team.
- Ensuring our HR processes are clear, efficient, and legally compliant.
- Implementing and maintaining a system to measure employee satisfaction (e.g., Employee NPS) — target: > 8/10.
- Defining small but impactful initiatives that make working with us even better.
- Further developing our appreciative, open remote culture.
- Planning and executing at least two thoughtfully organized in-person team events per year.
- Creating small “moments of delight” that help connect the team.
- Maintaining and developing our careers page and our LinkedIn profile.
Requirements
- Experience in HR — ideally in a remote or digital environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for creating structure.
- Clear, warm, and professional communication.
- A good sense for people, culture, and team dynamics.
- You work independently — you like to take initiative and drive improvements.
